Dove's "Real Beauty" Campaign...

Too many girls develop low self-esteem from hang-ups about looks and, consequently, fail to reach their full potential in later life. So, we've created the Dove Self-Esteem Fund as an agent of change to educate and inspire girls on a wider definition of beauty.
This particular video gives insight as to why our perception of beauty is distorted. The video has really been making its rounds. It's been featured on different news shows and all across the internet. Since this is a celebrity driven website and we often focus of photoshoots, advertisements and magazine shots of celebrities in "perfect" form, I decided to do my part and post this video. I'm sure there are some young ladies who visit this site and see the pictures of their favorite celebrities and feel down because they don't look like that. This video shows just how much work goes into making that "perfect" picture...
