On February 27th Toccara was spotted at the Run Athletics event honoring Arthur Ashe. They honored him with a new Arthur Ashe sneaker. You can check out some pictures of her at the event. She looks really cute. I think this may be the best I've seen Toccara look outside of photoshoots...
