Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter is only 35 but he is already "the greatest rapper alive", he owns his own club in New York (40/40 Club), , he has his own clothing line (Rocawear), his own sneaker (S. Carter), his own alcohol (Armadale),his own watch (through Audemars Piguet), he is president of Def Jam Records, and he is dating the flyest girl in R&B (Beyonce). So what's left for him to do? Start over at the top of list. He's still "the greatest rapper alive", so now it's time to open another club. Jay-Z will be opening his second "40/40 Club" in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The 40/40 name honors one of the most exclusive clubs in all of sports - baseball players who have hit 40 home runs and stolen 40 bases in the same season. The only players to accomplish the difficult feat are Barry Bonds, Alex Rodriguez and Jose Canseco.Yeah, Jay-Z is still at the top of his game.
