In these pictures from January 30th I think Serena looks nice. So, this isn't the best dress I've ever seen in my life but it is a definite improvement for Miss Williams. It's much better than those jeans she wore that showed the crack of her tail and it is much less revealing than some of the things she's worn in the past. For Serena, this outfit gets the thumbs up from me...
