Bow Wow Told Ciara: "NO HEELS"

But she didn't listen. You could see on the MTV VMA preshow that Bow Wow was visibly upset that Ciara wore heels. He tried to say it jokingly, but I know he was dead serious. Whatever, anyway I wasn't feeling Bow Wow's slicked back pony tail.
