Both Ciara and Rihanna attended the 2007 World Music Awards in Monaco on November 4th. You can check out pictures of both ladies at the event under the cut along with Pattie Labelle and Akon. I'm not really feeling either of their arrival looks. Though both women look pretty overall, I don't like the design detail on Ciara's dress and Rihanna's make-up kinda ages her. But I will say that I really like Rihanna's performance dress and the back of Ciara's dress at the World Music Awards pre-party the night before is hot.
