On October 25th celebrities came out for the 4th Annual "Black Ball" concert for the "Keep A Child Alive" organization in New York. Celebrities in attendance include Jay-Z, Gayle King, LA Reid, Diddy, Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani, Iman and her husband David Bowie, among others. Everyone looked beautiful at the event.
