Jay-Z is featured in the latest issue of GQ Magazine as one of their "Men of the Year". The December issue has 3 different covers. You can check out Jay-Z's cover below (Leonardo DiCaprio and Will Ferrell cover the other two). This isn't the first time Jay-Z has been named a GQ's "Man of the Year". He got "Man of the Year" in October 2005 UK edition as well.
