Yeah, like Chicanos are ppl of Mexican heritage who grew up in the US. Spaniards or "Spanish ppl" actually refers to ppl who literally are of Spanish (as in Spain) heritage, not just Latin ppl in general.
I dunno, personally I get confused as hell by all the different classifications for Latinos/Hispanics. They should just say I'm Dominican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, Mexican, Venezuelan add a -American and leave it at that lol. However, I'm not Hispanic so I can't really judge.
