On March 9th Bow Wow had a "Grown and Sexy" party. I don't know what it is but for some reason it still seems like Bow Wow is like 10 years old. I know he turned 19 yesterday or whatever (he's only 1 year younger than me) but it seems like he's still a kid. He didn't even look grown and sexy at his "Grown and Sexy" party. He looked...young and cute??? Yeah, I'll go with that, "Young and Cute". But whatever, you can check out the pictures from his surprise party below. Ciara was there, as well as Bobby Valentino (is he still famous?), Ciara's Dad, Bow Wow's mom, Jazzy Pha, Jermaine Dupri, and Dallas Austin.
