She does look like a hooch. I hope she ain't going to be dressing like this when she is in her 40's and 50's. I would love to see her just really look nice without all the hooch. She is cute and I love her voice...she just needs some true fashion help. I am getting so tired of this look. At least the girl is consistent...LOL.
