Ashanti and "The Color Purple"...

Ashanti attended the Broadway opening of Oprah's production "The Color Purple" in New York City on December 1st. I'm not really feeling all that extra hair she's wearing (I like the color), I don't like the purple stuff around her eyes, and I don't really like her dress (the shoes are hot though). But the crazy thing is, I think she looks really pretty. Yeah, sometimes I don't even understand myself...

    Yeah, she does look really pretty facewise. I think it is because she is wearing less make-up and the black hair (very pretty).

    The dress is not an Ashanti usual because of the loose fit but she was going for classy and not sexy so it works for this type of event.

    I think the dress is ulgy but I'm loving the earings and shoes. Those are hot. She is pretty.
