Cameron diaz has won another court case. She just recently (about 5 days ago) won her court case against the photographer who was blackmailing her with the topless pictures he had of her (taken before she became really famous). Yesterday she won her case against a British newspaper that accused her of messing with a married man (MTV producer Shane Nickerson, who works on her show "Trippin'").
She also filed a $10 million libel suit against the National Enquirer for writing a similar story to the one published in the British paper about her and Shane Nickerson. If I were the National Enquirer I'd save myself from having to go through all the court drama and just write Cameron Diaz a check. Obviously this woman just can't lose.
