Out and About with the Dashes...

Check out some pictures of Damon Dash and his wife Rachel Roy at different events. The first couple of pictures are from a Lionel Richie benefit concert on April 19th. The next pictures (where Rachel is wearing brown) are from the Tribeca film festival on April 25th. The final picture is from an after party on April 27th. They usually look so miserable together but in some of these pictures they've managed a smile. Awww, progress...

Cam'ron Texting Beyonce...

Beyoncé may be regretting the day Cam'ron got the address of her two-way. "Cam has been text-messaging Beyoncé like crazy," our tipster says. "He's been asking her out, and dissing Jay[-Z]. He's been telling her she should be with a real man like him."

Yes, Cam'ron, who was linked with Mariah Carey, has cred on field and street: He was an All-American football player before becoming a drug dealer in his native Harlem. But few would say Jay-Z isn't a "real man": He pulled himself up from Brooklyn's Marcy Houses projects to become a platinum-selling rapper; he started Roc-A-Fella Records with Damon Dash, and now he's Def Jam CEO and part owner of the New Jersey Nets.

It's not the first time Cam'ron has jousted with the rap royals. After splitting with the mogul's former label, Cam'ron said in his song "You Got It" that Jay-Z looked like the puppets in "Fraggle Rock." "I open up the Daily News," he raps. "How's the 'King of New York' rockin' sandals with jeans?/Open-toed sandals? You talk about you a '80s baby/you 37 years old/you was born in 1968," (actually 1969) taunts the 30-years-young upstart, whose real name is Cameron Giles.
Reps for Beyoncé and Cam'ron didn't return calls for comment.

Well, it's easy to be my favorite Richie when your only competition is Lionel. Check out some pictures of Nicole Richie on April 25th in Beverly Hills. The girl is already super small but then she's wearing huge glasses and a huge purse. Both make her appear even smaller. That big bag probably weighs more than she does. Goodbye Pickler...

On Wednesday night Kelly Pickler was eliminated from "American Idol". She along with Paris Bennett were in the bottom two. I was excited to see that Elliot (from Virginia) was in the top two!! I'm happy Kelly was sent home, I don't know if I would have been able to take too much more of the "dumb blonde" routine. Even she knew it was her time to leave...
